THE SKY
Being in the tropics, Haiti's sky is usually of a fiery yellow as the sun comes up, a deep blue with beautiful snow white clouds during the day. However, it can easily change to a frightening dark gray when rain approaches. THE LAND 

The land is very rugged in most parts: mountains beyond mountains. But yet again, it has some lush plains. And despite the constant deforestation in order to make coal for cooking, despite the almost non-existent reforestation, it is still reasonably green. THE WATER

Though someone from the other islands in the Antilles may disagree, Haiti has the most beautiful bodies of water in the Caribbean: open seas, natural lakes, and exilarating water falls. THE PEOPLE
Haitian people are a special people. They are beautiful, inside and out, but yet they are tough. Some call them "resilient"' They are a religious people. They are a talented and artistic people. They are hard  working.  They are..... well just take a look at these pictures.
